PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING STRUCTURE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Before Payment:
All source code, designs, and architecture remain property of Cryptocortex Crew.
After Payment:
Ownership transfer follows the signed agreement. Internal frameworks and proprietary infrastructure remain Company property.
Clients are prohibited from reselling unfinished deliverables or claiming authorship before project closure.
BLOCKCHAIN AND WEB3 DISCLAIMER

- Clients must maintain backups unless explicitly included in scope
- Cryptocortex Crew is not liable for breaches caused by compromised client credentials
Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, AI APIs, and blockchain networks. The Company is not responsible for API shutdowns, policy violations, or third-party downtime.
Confidentiality & NDA
Both parties maintain strict confidentiality of source code, architecture, financial agreements, client databases, and strategic roadmaps. Obligations continue after project completion.
Revisions & Change Management
Minor revisions within scope may be included. Major changes (feature expansion, platform migration, tech stack replacement) require revised timelines and additional pricing approval.
Warranties & Service Disclaimer
All services provided "AS IS". The Company does not guarantee continuous uptime, market adoption, financial success, or regulatory compliance outside India.
Limitation of Liability
Cryptocortex Crew shall not be liable for indirect damages, revenue loss, or data loss. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Termination Policy
Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, work completed must be compensated. Deliverables may be withheld until pending invoices are cleared.
Force Majeure
Not liable for delays due to natural disasters, internet outages, cyber incidents, regulatory bans, or blockchain network disruptions.
Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit Company team members during active engagements and for a reasonable period after project completion unless mutually agreed.
Communication Policy
Official communication via registered email, approved messaging platforms, or documented project management tools. Verbal discussions do not constitute contractual approval unless documented.
Brand Usage & Marketing Rights
Unless restricted, Cryptocortex Crew may use project screenshots, logos, or descriptions for portfolio presentation. No confidential internal details will be disclosed publicly.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, legal proceedings fall under the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu, India.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed under Indian law and applicable digital service regulations.
Modifications to Terms
